Our pork is raised from piglets here on our farm. Each of the pork that we process is pasture-raised and humanely treated. We grain feed (Piggy Pellets) and corn finish every one of our pork to our own standards. Every one of our Pork is humanely raised and processed according to our high standards.

The 1/4 Pork Package allows you complete control over how you want your pork processed. This is our lowest-priced method for purchasing pork. Your deposit reserves your 1/4 Pork Package for our next processing date.

• We sell by the hanging weight
• This pig was delivered to processor on 10/02 and had a hanging weight of 192lbs (1/4 = 48lbs)
• Subtotal cost is 48lbs * $1.50 = $72.00 for hanging weight
• Total cost is $72.00 + $67.20 processing fee = $139.20
• You'll receive ~30lbs of packaged meat
• Our Pork is processed locally at a USDA-inspected meat locker.
• Our Pork is custom-processed to our specifications. Includes pork roast, hams, sausage, and bacon.
