All of our beef is Angus Beef, which is naturally raised on our farm for 18 to 24 months. We grass feed (pasture raised) and grain finish our beef to improve the flavor and quality of our beef. Every one of our Angus Beef Cattle is humanely raised and processed according to our high standards.

- We sell by the hanging weight
- This beef was delivered to the processor on 11/15 and had a hanging weight of 477lbs (1/4 = ~120lbs)
- Subtotal cost is 120lbs * $4.50 = $540.00 for hanging weight
- Total cost is $540.00 + $120.00 processing fee = $660.00
- You'll receive ~85 lbs of packaged meat, this package will take up 25% of a large upright freezer
- Each cut is individually wrapped, except steaks which generally come 2 per pack
- Beef is processed locally at a USDA-inspected meat locker (cost is ~$1.00 per lb based on hanging weight)
- Beef is custom-processed to our specifications. Package includes ~40lbs of 85/15 hamburger
